How to change my landline number

I am receiving unwanted calls from someone and need to change my landline number but I can't find any information on how to request this

You shouldn't need to change your number because if you have got the Sky Talk Shield activated then you can use this to block the number that is calling you:

Unless you are receiving threatening calls and the police are involved Sky may not change this for you. You could call and ask the question. Just dial 150 from your landline.

Will sky shield still work if they withhold their number?

I'm not sure that it does. But you can still use the Sky Talk Shield's call screening feature, which intercepts an unidentified call and gives you the choice of whether or not to accept it.

@Diamond+grace  There is an option when you first start Sky talk shield that you can block these types of numbers and they have to announce themselves to get through. If they don't then you will never hear from them.
