How long does it take for the landline to be activated after sky fibre install

In December my sons Sky Talk was fully up and running 24 hours after the broadband was activated. .

I don't know whether to contact sky again, but my phone doesn't work and it cost me ten pounds on my mobile (pay as you go) to be told 48hrs, and i don't know how to contact them online.

I take it you've plugged the phone into the back of the broadband hub and not the wall socket.

Yes, i phoned Sky two days ago and they said up to 48hrs to activate it and it has been over 48hrs and it it very expensive to contact sky  by my mobile phone as it ispay as you go, but i can't find away to contact them online, i suppose i will jaut have to give it a few more days ?

If you don't want to phone Sky you could try reaching out by private messaging the Sky Help Team accounts on X or Facebook.
