How do you report a landline fault from a mobile phone?

I am trying to report a faulty landline for my mother who is 90 and get some stupid message that automatically puts me through to wrong option- they think i am reporting my phone!!!! Online the virtual assistant just stops answering as i think he too is confused- a ridiculous situation to be in. What if a 90 year old person was trying to do this themselves??

I don't know what option you are selecting but for Sky Talk try a different option and hang on past the menu messages if there isnt one that fits this to see if it will connect you to someone.
