I have a similar problem here after switching over to Sky from BT this morning. All lights ok on hub and a Gigaset phone plugged into the hub. I seem to be able to call out from it, but when I dialled it from my mobile to check it was getting incoming calls, it immediately went straight to voicemail and didn't even ring.

Edited to add: I assume your phone is a standard phone, not an IP phone.
