How do I disable voicemail plus on my home phone

Does anyone know how I can disable voicemail plus (1571) on my home phone, my phone only rings 3 times before it goes into voicemail and I cannot get to the phone quick enough to answer it. If I can disable it it will go onto my answer machine which will give me 10 rings. Thank you for your anticipated help. Sue

I haven't got Voicemail Plus but I believe you have to call Sky and ask them to deactivate it.

@Sue+Minney  You'll need to call Sky https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-sky-talk-voicemail
