How can I report my phone line is down?

My phone line is down.

I am in a mobile hotspot.

How can I report this to sky?

I can get as far as an 'assistant' which ignores my issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Needless to say my post should have said Notspot but autocorrect worked its special magic!

I can't believe there isn't a simple way to report a fault!!!! Grrrrr!

My phone line started working again before this was escalated.

Later, 6 (!!!) Openreach vans arrived at the bottom of my road and a neighbour told me they were doing extensive work locally.

Why can they not publicise this? Had I been aware I would have waited before trying to raise an issue!
