How can I contact Sky about my phone line?

My phone line isn't working and I don't have a mobile to call Sky on.

Last time this happened I contacted them through Facebook Messenger, but that was a few years ago and they don't seem to use it any more, I just get an automated message sending me here.

Is there an e-mail address or anything I can use?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I had to order a cheap mobile phone, I'll go through their call centre when it arrives.

You could have posted on here that they hadn't contacted you as we could have tried alerting them again which we can still do for you if you want.
