I can't see how to add Call Diversion to my account. There doesn't seem to be an option to buy this online, and the Chatbot kept saying it couldn't help. Is there an email or phone number I can use? Thanks.

Yes, call 150 from your Sky landline. You're right, it has to be activated by customer services.
