House phone wont except my 3 mobile call

My issue continues they keep closing my complaint but no fix in place  thinking of going to the press on this one as trhey just keep sayting its being investigated

No replaced SIM card but now I know it is definitely a sky issue

Something needs to be done, my parents are both in their 80s & I need the house phone to take my calls as dad cant use the mobile.

Yep that's sky through and through same thing they did to me

Amazingly we found today that our Sky landline is now taking calls from our 3 mobile phones.

Never got any reply from Sky and we also logged it with iD Mobile who use the 3 network and never got any further with them either.

So no idea what happened other than my wife tried it and now it works.

Yea me too. They won't want to admit to it as compensation would have to accur

That's great news sadly hasn't happen to us yet.  After more endless calls with sky one of there agents finally confirmed there was nothing wrong with my land line there is a known bug between open reach and sky with the 3 network which there respective IT teams are working on and it could take a day or a month to fix.  Still there is hope that at least some people are getting it fixed.
