House phone wont except my 3 mobile call

I got sky fibre in the other day. Had broadband with sky thought I will change it to fibre . Now my 3 mobile phone will not connect to my house phone for some reason its always worked with broadband

just can't phone my home with my mobile. Just get ( sorry can't take your call at the moment please try later for the last 3 days

@Stuart0071 sounds like a network issue. Give Sky a call (150) to report it.

I have the same issue (reported 13th Oct). As of today (4th Nov) Sky say it's a known issue  but they have no resolution yet...

My parents have the same problem I cant call them with my 3 mobile they are getting all other calls. They are both in their 80s so not good they have to spend hours on the phone to sky. They both have health issues so its not great. Sort it out Sky!

I have been on phone to tech team and still can't call my home this has been 2 month now . But I'm going to try a last thing and order new SIM card from 3 mobile just to check its not sim as put a re card in my phone and I can call home so it's not the phone.

3 of us are with three, myself my daughter & my partner & none of us can phone my parents landline.  Not good!

I have had the same problem since mid September still not sorted but apparently in the hands of the network team in Newcastle!  Apparently been investigated by numerous times and closed but never resolved. I also can not get landline calls from Talk Talk or virgin mobile. 

I am sure Sky know this is an issue but won't admit it the amount of excuses I have had from agents a lot of which is totally contrary to the advice on this forum.

With respect mate, I know from painful experience that 3's CS are worse than useless most of the time and that's being kind, a few years back we had a major problem because both mine and Dad's initials are R Allen, and we were both 3 customers, they thought he was me and I was him and wouldn't talk to either of us without intense faffery.

We also have this problem. Sky landline can call out fine, can receive calls from landlines and other mobiles but not from O3 mobiles.

Logged call on 08 November 2025 and were told it was escalated and would be fixed in 72 hours.

Chased Sky numberous times since. Spent hours on the phone. Rebooted all devices. Then advised to unplug everything for an hour. Call ed last week in frustration. Agent was very understanding and promised to call us back yesterday. No call!!!

 

Two things are frustrating;

First we have to spend hours chasing Sky, they do not come back with any updates.

Second this is not an isolated problem clearly and is known by Sky so their network support are not being honest and just fobbing us off.

 

Has anybody managed to get any solution with this? 

Did the suggested SIM card replacement work?

Looks like we either put up with it or leave Sky and find another provider.

Correction, we are with the Three network via ID mobile, not sure why I typed O3!!!
