Home phone not working after full fibre installation.

Hi,

Just had full fibre installed. Since the installation, my home phone doesn't work. Try to ring out you get a mixture of engaged tone, dialling tone or nothing at all. Try to ring house phone from mobile, you get a ringing tone on mobile but actual phone doesn't ring. Any ideas?

@Crickt+Fan  It can take 24 from the date of your broadband activation for the line to go live.

Also I preseum you've plugged your phone into the back of the hub and not the old mster socket?

@Crickt+Fan I'm assuming your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub, rather than the wall socket. When was your fibre service activated? It can take 24 hours or so for activation of the landline service to complete.

Re: Home phone not working after full fibre installation.

Over 48 hours since installation and nothing has changed. Skys advisors tell me that the router hasn't onboarded correctly due to a failed software update. Advisor says network team haven't been advised but nothing happening. Can anyone suggest a way to get this working?
