Home phone not able to make or receive calls for over 10 days

Had engineer here recently to put wiring information faster fibre broadband.The hoehada dialig tone after he left.Thrn I the evening my Don called my mobile saying my phones ringing which it does if trycalling it from my mobile but its not ringing here at home I've called Sky several times they were suppose to call me back kast Tuesday within 2 hour buttheynever called me back.

Lack of promised call backs is a frequent gripe on here I'm afraid. You'll need to call Sky again to see what's happening. If there's a fault the should have passed it to Openreach for investigation.

 

I take it your broadband is working okay? 

 

Presumably you've got the handset plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?
