Home phone line , home phone not receive or able to ring out

Home phone can't get calls in and out .gone to sky help and done everything it States on there still can't get phone to ring out and receive calls called on my mobile to home phone it rings when dailed on mobile but nothing on home phone screen and no call visible

@1948  Have you recently joined Sky or moved to a different package for your broadband or did this just happen out of the blue?

@1948 you need to report thecfault to Sky. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Phone very crackly this morning and then home line for rest of day.

No incoming calls either.
