There's been a recent spate of -10 weather (North Scotland) and now the temps have risen and everything currently thawing.
My home phone handsets are saying "check phone line" I've done all the usual wee bits but to no avail.
Broadband etc working fine.
Could it be the weather has affected it or something else?
Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Plugged directly into master socket. Yep no problems til now.

If not, try the simple connection test here next: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
It may not detect a fault if your broadband is ok, but it's easy to do, so worth a try.
Let us know how you get on with both.
Failing that, you'll need to report it to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat, if you wish.
