Hi my land line phone has a dailing tone but i can't receive or make calls,
Landline phone not receiving calls and can't make calls either I've changed the phone and adsl cable made no difference. My broadband is working with no problems . When I pick phone up I have dialing tone when I call a number I get engaged tone same thing when I ring landline from another phone. Please can anybody help.

You should be able to run a telephone line test using this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If the test detects a fault on the line, you may be able to arrange an Openreach engineer without needing to call Sky.

Hi I still have no land line can not receive or make calls but have a dialing tone and broadband is working fine. this is the 4th week without our land line, and both my wife and myself are disabled and elderly having a working land line is essential for us, I have a mobile but signal strength is useless in my house . Both my wife and myself feel completely isolated at the moment please @ sky.com can we get some help....

What happened when you did the test from the earlier reply? Have you managed to report this to Sky in the ten days since your first post?
Remember, this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t automatically contact you as a result of your post on here.
It may also be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
