Hi. My mums phone line isnt working. Please can someone advise how we get this fixed?
Hi. My mums phone isn't working. There seems to be a Dalit with the line as we have checked the phone and connections in the house. Please can someone help? We can't call as the phone is not working!

Is the Broadband working? Get her to try running a line test. If an outside fault is disclosed it should allow her to organise an engineers visit and save a call to Sky.

Hi. Thanks for your response. The broadband is not working. It's the line as we have tried changing the phone. I can't access the line check. It says my account is not linked. I think it's because I'm using my Sky ID and I don't have sky talk. Is there a number I can call? That is free?

Don't forget that if your Mum is the account holder Sky will only talk to you if you can answer the security questions.
If you already have a Sky Mobile call free by just dialling 150, otherwise use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.

As with most large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. The operating times of departments differs depending on the issue you’re ringing about.
