I have a check phone display on my phone and this has happened a few times before, the company had to come out and sort the phone cable outside but now it has happened again and nobody has came.

Does your phone plug into the normal wall socket or into your broadband Hub?

@Mark39 hi it has happened out of the blue , I haven't made any changes recently but this has happened before, the phone line company had to fix a cable outside.

Hi I have ran the line test and nothing has worked & I am also unable to get hold of sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
