Hi, I have a check phone line display
I have a check phone display on my phone and this has happened a few times before, the company had to come out and sort the phone cable outside but now it has happened again and nobody has came.

Have you made any recent changes to your phone/broadband subscription or has this,happened 'out of the blue'?
Does your phone plug into the normal wall socket or into your broadband Hub?

@Mark39 hi it has happened out of the blue , I haven't made any changes recently but this has happened before, the phone line company had to fix a cable outside.

Have you reported the fault to Sky or ran this line test:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Hi I have ran the line test and nothing has worked & I am also unable to get hold of sky.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
