Hello. Does anyone now how to upgrade from sky talk to sky talk anytime without having to phone sky? I was given a link by virtual on line help it did not include information to do what i wanted to do!

Any advice welcome. Thanks

You do have to call Sky I'm afraid. Ring now when the lines might be quieter.
