Hello - we recently had sky internet changes to sky fiber - land line not working since

Since we changed sky broadband to sky fiber broadband we seem to have lost the function of our land line - the phone line has no dial and the display states the line in in use ? 

any thoughts

@Ashley222 Is the landline now plugged into the connector on the rear of the router?

@Ashley222  Is your phone plugged into the back of the router and is the voice light green?
