Unable to receive any incoming calls on house phone, all correctly fitted into broadband and broadband working.

Can phone out OK just not any incoming call awful screeching noise

If you can phone out without the call being affected by that noise report it to Sky by dialling 150. If a fault is discovered Sky will pass it to Openreach for investigation.
