Have changed from BT to sky talk, today, but the phone does not work

How can I provide anything when the thing does not work

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit because if it does your phone line connection needs to be plugged into the back of it.

I did think that the broadband man would plug the phone in as well. But did not. That's a good start isn't it. Bt were so helpful when I rang them on the mobile. Wonder if we've done the right thing.
