Had Sky Broadband Ulrtrafast Plus installed yesterday (upgrade) and landline not working
I had Sky Broadband Ulrtrafast Plus installed yesterday (upgrade) and landline now temporarily unavailable. I have the phone connected to the router as now internet phone. Is this an external fault or is my set-up wrong possibly?

@Dessie1965Can you dial out or get calls in or is there nothing at all you can do with your landline. All you have to do is plug the phone in normally into the back of the router and it should work as normal
