It's over 24 hours since our full fibre upgrade. I have unplugged the phone from the box and waited over 30 seconds. All the lights are showing in the box on wall and on router but still no access to voicemail by dialling 1571. I believe messages can be left, just not picked up. Any ideas for a solution please? Thanks.

From previous posts it can sometimes take a bit longer than the 24 hours for Openreach to do their thing and switch your landline from copper to fibre. If I may, I'd suggest leaving it until Monday, then switching off both your Hub amd the ONT for an hour to see if that completes the activation.

Do you have a white Hub or black? If you have a black Hub, is the Voice LED illuminated?

Thank you for your help. I unplugged everything I could find (!) and the phone voicemail issue is now resolved. Very relieved.
