90 Year old registered blind with 2 Amlicomms Big Tel 40 Plus corded large button phones both compatible with full fibre broadband. Phones have six very large preprogrammed buttons. One would plug into ONT. How could she use the other one in her bedroom which is upstairs.

There are unofficial and unsupported ways of changing the Openreach master phone socket to re-enable the wall sockets, but the legality of doing so is questionable, as it's tampering with Openreach property.
Although not if extension wiring is extracted from the user side of the master socket and connected to the ISP router without any contact with the Openreach network. Particularly on newer faceplates that's actively encouraged by having extension cables on an entirely separate click-down jumper block.

The normal wall sockets won't work so either a cabled extension from the Hub will be needed or a cordless phone, if a suitable one can be found.
