I have now been told it is an openreach issue and I have to go through the motions to be passed back to sky.
Can you clarify what this means? Who have you been dealing with?

@Mark39 I called 150 and they told me it's an open reach issue. But I was told that before and advised to "upgrade" to VOR, so I did. It hasn't resolved the issue.
Sky have passed me to open reach again, but I know they will say the line is fine!!!
I just want/need to use my landline.

You mean Sky has reported the fault to Openreach?
