@GD1 Good morning. From yesterday afternoon my landline has been stone dead but my broadband is fine. This happened before in April – twice – although Sky couldn’t find a fault to begin with it proved to be a ‘local outage’ each time, so I’ve done the test which shows everything working fine but of course doesn’t mention the landline. Following the whole Sky Talk problem-solving procedure to the end it finally only gives you the choice of a phone number to ring – not helpful when it’s not working – or Sky Community. I know nobody, however expert & helpful, can fix a dead phone line from afar, but could anybody advise me how to report this to Sky? They insist everything else be done online so why not this? Or have I simply failed to find the link? I’ll be extremely grateful to anyone who can help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sar10 If you have went through the fault finding then the forum can escalate this issue for you if you are not able to call Sky by another means to report this. Do you want us to do this?
