Landline dead did all self help things want to report fault on line but no humans available and the bot couldn't help me

If you've been trying at midnightish they'll be no staff working. See the below link - doesn't matter if your Broadband is working

If that doesn't help we can possibly get you some help on here if you have no other means of reporting it to Sky.
