Crackling sound and no calls

Hi there.

Last week my landline stopped working. We cannot recieve incoming calls and cannot make outgoing calls. There is also a crackling noise when i try to dial a number.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would also like to add that i cannot seem to get through to an oporator who i can actually explain this too.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
