Connexion land line phone Gigaset
I cannot recevied or send phone calls througt my gigaset phone I connected the base to UKphone and on other side RJ11 at the base

Are you new to Sky's landline/broadband service? If so, when ws your Sky service activated? It can take 24 hours or so for the landline to be operational.
As long as you have simply transferred the phone connecting plug from the wall socket to the phone soclet at the back of your Hub, ypu've connected it correctly. I assume your phone is a standard analogue, rather than an IP phone.
