@Pearl64 if you have a phone designed specifically to work with BT's Digital Voice service, it won't work with Sky (or any other provider, to my knowledge). You need a standard corded phone or a cordless DECT phone which can be plugged into the telephone socket at the rear of your Sky broadband Hub.
Just to add: we're primarily a customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post.
