Connect phones to the hub

  • Hi we've just gone over to sky broadband on Friday but can't get our phones to connect ... our phones only plug into a socket there's nothing on the base to plug into the hub anyone had the same problem. Thanks 🙏

As @cymru123 indicates, if you've switched from BT Broadband and this is BT 'Digital Voice' branded hardware then they aren't going to function with broadband from any other ISP: that's a design choice made by BT themselves.

If your base station previously plugged into a wall socket, just use the same cable to plug into the Hub.

I've not got a base they are just on pods and you plug them in the wall

What are the make and model of the phones you have? Are these handsets BT Digital Voice phones by any chance? If so they only work with BT's hub.
