Computer voices are no good....how do I talk to a human being?

Since Full Fibre was installed I have no landline. How can I get a service call?

When was your fibre activated because as long as your phone connection is plugged into the back on your broadband hub it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to start working so has it been longer than this ?

Yes, installed nearly 2 weeks ago. No idea how long the landline has been dead. A friend told me that they couldn't get through.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found. it will also check your talk service:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
