Cityfibre connected, now no dial tone on landline

Please help! I had Cityfibre connected now I have no dial tone on landline. How do I resolve?

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

I have got them plugged into the hub. Shame the engineer didn't do this for me. Still no dial tone 😞

It's today then. See if the landline works tomorrow. If not you'll need to contact Sky.

Update, all now working. Done a reset in the end. I have a dial tone. Thankyou sky Community
