Changing from pay as you talk to anytime calls
I have just ordered Sky broadband full fibre to the house. Ultrafast 1. It comes with Sky pay as you talk. The price of calls is asronomical at £15 per hour whereas 'anytime' is £13 per month. I cannot see a way of moving from the pay as you talk tariff to 'anytime'.
I have to say that I am deaf and cannot use the phone but my wife does so I personally cannot call Sky to get an answer. I therefore have to do stuff online or by email but Sky does not do emails apart from the ones they send out.
Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Re: Changing from pay as you talk to anytime calls
You'd need to speak with Sky to change to Sky Talk Anytime. You might wish to register with Sky Accessibility which provide additional contact options which might be easier for you.

Sky Store staff may not be able to help you. In your circumstances, if you are the account holder it's likely to be much easier to register with the Accessibility Team. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team to save calling.
