Changing from Bt to sky talk with a cordless phone
I have a cordless phone which worked using a BT smarthub. I have switched to Sky. How do I connect to the Sky internet. There is no cable to connect to the back of the Max Hub. The phone has a charging unit connected to a 13amp plug

Check with BT (website?) but I suspect if your phone is designed to work with BT's Digital Voice service, it won't work with Sky.
Sky's phone service uses a standard analogue phone handset, either corded or a wireless DECT phone.

Re: Changing from Bt to sky talk with a cordless phone
As @Mark39 indicates, BT chose to design their Digital Voice branded handsets to only function with BT broadband, BT in-room adaptors and the BT Smart Hub router range. BT is the only ISP with a long heritage of telecoms equipment manufacturing (more than a century) so this isn't entirely illogical, but it's undoubtedly annoying for users who switch to a different provider.
