Change contact telephone number linked to my account. HOW?

I need to report that my landline is not working. I ring the Sky number but it states the telephone nymber I am  using is not one conected to my account. I checked and the number on the account is wrong and I need to change it. This, hopefully, will allow me to contact Sky
