Cant make out going calls or call sky helpline from a mobile

Hello, since about 3pm today i cannot make any outgoing calls from the landline, or call sky from a mobile.

both are saying the number isnt correct.

is anyone else facing this? and sky can you sort this out. ever since getting sky glass things keep going wrong.

I am having the same issue.  Currently on hold using my sons mobile, automated message says 30 minutes to speak to someone 🙄

Yes, a quick look,through the forum will find you a number of similar posts over the last couple of days. Sky are aware.

Having same problem. When dialling out get message saying: Number you have dialled is not recognised. Incoming calls seem fine. Also tried to ring Sky contact centre and all I get is high pitched tone.

Same problem here. Broadband is working but I can't make any calls out.

ok thanks, at least its not me going mad, i couldnt even call sky, their number was saying number not recognised when i called from non sky mobile.

Problem seems to be fixed now. Very annoying as the person we were trying to call has now gone home. Explain please, Sky!

I just spoke to someone who assured me that sky are aware of the issue, they are working hard to fix it but can't give any estimates on when that might be.

mine is now back on, 

sky really are having some issues at the minute, not sure how much longer ill be staying with them.

I thought it was just me! I had the same issue since about 3pm yesterday, spoke to sky around 5ish and they done all their checks and I reset my router etc still the same issue where I can't make any outgoing calls but can receive incoming. Its still not working for me. My issue got escalated yesterday so going to ring again today. Is anyone else line come back?

Everytime I make a call on the landline it just says busy and has no dial tone! It's so frustrating! Sort this out sky!!

Its frustrating! Had this problem 2 years ago and I had to get a new number changed and I went round and round in circles for a month.
