Can't make outgoing calls and phone number displayed on my details page on sky incorrect

The phone number on the Sky website is correct but there have been issues with people trying to connect to it which Sky are investigating.

What have you tried regarding your phone fault, have you run the line test via the MySky app for example ?

Does the recorded message give you the number you're expecting if you dial 17070?
