I can't make or receive calls through my land line. Internet is fine. I have tried 2 different phones.
Sky suggests calling them but my land line doesn't work!! No chance to call from mobile either.

Sorry the link isn't working but did a test about 30 mins ago and said WiFi and broadband was fine. I haven't been able to make and receive calls for about 1 month now. It's not a new problem

Thank you. Went through all the suggestions and tried what they said to. Ended with the same options that i get every time of either contacting sky community which is this, or calling them, which I can't do as my phone line isn't working!

Unable to make or receive calls from landline, don't have a mobile to call sky, help keeps pointing me to the community. Any chance someone from sky could raise an engineer callout please?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later but more likely tomorrow now.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.

Thank you for escalating previous. Sky told me it would be fixed by openreach in 2 working days. It's 5 working days and still no working phone line.
Any chance someone from sky could raise an engineer callout again please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere's no need to raise it again. Openreach are probably still working on it. Openreach's aim is to fix faults in two working days which they claim to achieve in 85% of occasions. It's obviously taking a bit longer.

Can someone please help, my line is still not fixed and I haven't heard anything from openreach so don't know the time frame. It is leaving me without a phone in my house as there is no mobile signal. I worry if there was an emergency.
