Cant make or receive calls

I cannot make or receive calls on the landline. It's just a crackling sound.

My Internet is working fine.

Are you new to Sky? Or recently upgraded your broadband subscription?

 

Try the connection test link here, even though your broadband is working ok. If it doesn't detect a fault, it will need to be reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's Community messaging team to contact you here so that you can do so, if you wish.

I have made no changes to my sky recently. This has happened out of the blue.

As you haven't said, I'll assume you wish us to alert the Sky messaging team - which I've done. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page later today. It's not a real-time service and replies from Sky may not be instant, so just check back from time to time for updates.

Hi @Lisa-P1987 As I am a sky ireland customer the cat was not available over the weekend. Is it possible to arrange an engineer to check the phone line?
