My landline won't work after new faster broadband

Did you receive a new broadband hub or even if you didn't does it have a voice light on it that is lit, if so your phone connection needs to be plugged into it.

@Shotguns+83 if you have a white Sky Hub, it won't have a separate Voice LED, but your phone still needs to be plugged into the Hub's phone socket.
