Cannot view my sky talk shield star and blocked numberes on the web

I set up sky talk shield 2 days ago and it is working to screen incoming calls as expected.

However unfortunatly when I log into sky website and try and view my list of star and blocked numbers I get 'server error' in the top left of the screen with no further information or error codes.

The link I'm following takes me to  www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk/talk-shield

How can I view and check my talk shield star and blocked number list on the web?

The link I needed is https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk/talkshield/call-history

which is up to date with calls recieved

but the sky web page for talk shield currently points to the address https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk/talk-shield which is a dud and gives a "server error" message with no other information or error number.

The talk shield itself seems to be working perfectly but it's rather unprofessional that sky's own website doesn't point to the correct page to view and manage your star and block lists online IMO

Neither of these two links work for me. It's a very poor service from Sky. It is almost impossible to know who to go to about this so I have raised a complaint with then and hope that they fix the issue.

I would actuallly like to turn it off, as my wife struggles with the system, but can't.

Unfortunately that's a known issue which affects some customers.
