Cannot receive some calls some of the time.

Hi, unable to receive certain calls..only mobile numbers or landlines get through to me.

I've no numbers on my blocked or restricted so I'm lost.

What kind of calls are you not receiving? Is it always from the same number(s)?

The hospital, which is 033 0800 is also another 1 that can't get through to me..I'm unsure if any others are also having trouble, I'm aware of these 2 at the moment. I've emailed sky, thier response was we've tried calling you but were not able reach you...? My problem exactly!
