Are you a Sky Talk customer? I'm not clear why calls to you would go to BT Voicemail.

Moved from BT broadband to Sky last week - all well other than can't receive calls as go straight to BT voicemail  (can call out ok !)

If your Sky Hub has a Voice light which is lit, is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub?

It sounds like the switch to Sky hasn't completed either fully or correctly. 

 

The quickest solution would be to be to give Sky a call to report it. You should be able to do that by dialling 150.

 

If that puts you through to BT, or if you prefer anyway, we can ask the Community messaging team to contact you online. Note that messaging isn't a live chat service so responses from Sky won't be immediate.

We are having the exact same issue. Sky seem to be able to call through using a test call but if anyone else dials it goes straight to bt voicemail. Been like this for weeks and no one seems to be able to resolve

Are you able to make a call, if so try calling Sky on the free 150 number and reporting this to them.

Gets passed to technical team for 72 hr update... Get a few test calls through on the number but then when anyone else dials it again goes straight to bt voicemail. Dialling  out is fine and actually brings up the correct number as well.

I think i have the same problem

 I cannot ring my sky land line that used to be bt. Goes straight to a voicemail service. Sky tech test and say its ok but it has never worked properly since transfer. Very fruxtrating
