The issue has been reported now twice. Still cannot phone Sky Mobile numbers from my landline. This is over a week ago and 72 hours to fix it is up today. Must admit customer services were very helpful. Just not providing a service I do need. If this drags on or they have no explanation. How do I stand? My contract is up in October. Its obviously not an openreach or phone issue. We have even tried another landline phone. Been messed about a bit by Sky, promising call backs. Hopefully I will get one today, as the young lady was very understanding and genuine. Thank youm

Discovered that over the last 2 days I have the same issue.
Reboot of router didn't resolve it. Sky mobile to mobile is okay so don't know what issue they have been they need to get it sorted soon as we're paying for a service we can't use.

Have you reported it? I doubt it's a general issue so Sky probably won't know about the fault on your line unless you do.

Fed up with reporting it. Carnt waste my time anymore. Promised call backs never happened. Luckily my contract is nearly up.
So obviously know what I'm doing now which will sort the issue. It's not my phone or Openreach issue. I can call all other mobiles and landlines. It's dragged on.....Sorted now agreed my contract is up. No good not being able to phone Sky mobiles. Why wouldn't I report it. Not providing a service I'm paying for. After 6 yrs if VIP not very good service at all.

Same thing reboot router, god knows how many times etc. Waiting for promised call backs. Enough is enough, luckily contract is nearly up. After 6 yrs plus, not providing me a service I'm paying for. Cannot spend days on phone . Sorted.

I agree. Just reported it myself and though polite they haven't got a clue. Even mentioned that I've seen same issue reported here so they'll be aware of it but Sky just don't like to admit fault. I don't expect to get a call back either TBH and my Skyoboke signal has been tarrible for ages unless I'm upstairs in the house. So looks like I too will be cancelling my Sky services after 14 years of service and as a VIP Platinum customer too.
Trouble is other providers like BT and Virgin are just as bad but I won't let Sky give me this level of bad service anymore.

Totally agree, Virgin don't use openreach. So maybe sort my issues out. Will wait and see regarding Virgin customer services. They are all going to have to change. Cost of living and horrendous rises in energy prices. Luckily switched to a 2 yr fixed. Can survive if needed on mobiles.
