Cannot access Sky Talk settings and ringtone says I have a voicemail, but there is no voicemail
Hi all
I seem to have 2 issues with Sky Talk. I have Sky Talk Anytime and voicemail. I've had both for over 10 years. Issues:
1) When I try to access my Sky Talk Shield settings online or via the app, I get the following error message: "Whoops, there's been an error. There's been an error loading the page and we can't change your settings right now. If you've just activated Sky Talk Shield it can take up to 24 hours before you can make changes. Please try again later." This error message has appeared for months now. My only workaround is to access the settings via the Sky Talk menu settings on my phone by dialling 1780.
2) When I pickup my phone I get an intermittent/changing dial tone indicating I have a voicemail but when I dial 1571 I have no new or saved messages. I cannot sort this at all.
Any ideas anyone on the above two issues or can someone connect me to a a sky chat / advisor?

That's is a known problem for affecting some customers, which has been around for many months. There's no sign of Sky fixing it, I'm afraid.

I'd suggest calling your own number and leaving your own Voicemail message (or get someone to do it for you). Then delete it and see if that resets the interrupted dial tone. If it doesn't you'll need to report it to Sky. I imagine they'll deactivate and reactivate Voicemail to try to reset it.
