Can't upgrade to Ultrafast without loosing my Sky Talk Anytime Extra option

Hi,

I am a Sky customer since 2011 and currently on following subscription:

• Sky Braodband Superfast
• Sky Talk Anytime Extra ( I will refer to it as STAE)
• Sky Talk Line Rental

I wanted to upgrade to Ultrafast 1 (145 Mb/s) and still keep my STAE option but I couldn't finish the process unless I agreed to subscribe to Sky Pay As You Talk service, thus loosing my STAE one.

I saw some posts claiming that there was a specific Sky number poeple received in their email and could call in order to keep their current Sky Talk service.

Does anybody have that number or similar experience with upgrading? I want to upgrade but I want to keep my STAE option as well.

Just call the usual customer services number. I'm sure they'll be happy to upgrade you to Ultrafast with STAE.
