Can’t receive or make calls since since full fibre installation

Since my pensioner parents had there full fibre installed 3days ago,they haven't been able to make or receive landline calls since ?

 

any advice would help

is their phone connection plugged nto their broadband hub and if it is then it the voice light on it lit ?

Yes plugged in and green light is on
