I'm not sure if you are aware @ScarletBea but you are only talking to other Sky customers on here so if you want this investigated then you will need to phone Sky via the free 150 phone number.

Hi @Lisa-P1987 , could you please contact me on chat again?
The engineer fixed the line but the problem remains, he says the problem is on Sky's side.
I've tried with friends in other countries too and it doesn't work for them either, it looks like someone set a block to all international calls.
It's not me, I'm not even aware that's possible on a landline.

Hi, no issues - as I said there, I tested a couple of times during the 48 hours and there were no more problems, so yes, I think the problem is solved.
