Can't manually add international numbers to Talk Shield
If I try to enter a new number into Talk Shield there are two boxes, first one that appears it might be for an area code but is blank. The second allows entry of a number including dialling code, and that works just fine., but I can't type in an international number? I've tried adding the German numbers I want to add into the second box prefixed with +49 and 0049 and 049 but none of the numbers are recognised as valid so I can't add them as starred. I've just moved house and these numbers were starred on my previous phone line, but how can I type them in for my new phone number?

Re: Can't manually add international numbers to Talk Shield
Welcome to the forum @Hiverced . Just so you know this forum is for Sky's UK and Ireland customers.
You refer to Talk Safeguard which is not a Sky service in the UK or Ireland. Sky's product here is Sky Talk Shield and may not work in the same way.

Re: Can't manually add international numbers to Talk Shield
As per the response below, you are talking about a different product. Plus, I am literally copying in a number that was in my Talk Shield starred list at my previous address (downloaded as a csv) so the number is definitely correct.
